The introductory lesson gives you the opportunity to meet the instructors, see how our lessons are run and ask any questions you may have. They are all by appointment only so we can give you our full attention.
Ninja tots – this introductory lesson will last 30 minutes with approx 5 minutes to speak with an instructor before and after the class. children can wear leggings or track pants to train in. – please no shorts.
Warriors and family class – this introductory lesson is undertaken by one of our instructors whilst the main lesson is going on. this will take about 45 minutes for the lesson plus 15 minutes to speak with the instructor and fill in paperwork before or after the lesson. Please wear loose fitting training clothes such as track pants, leggings. Shorts are permitted.
Please ensure your arrive 10 minutes prior to your introductory lesson to fill in insurance paperwork. Bring plenty of water.
