Your Introduction

The introductory lesson will allow you to meet our fully trained instructors. You will get to see how our lessons are run and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes before your introductory lesson to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Bring plenty of fresh water with you.

Introductory lessons are all by appointment only so we can give you our full attention.

Ninja

This introductory lesson is undertaken by one of our instructors and will last 30 minutes with approx 5 minutes to speak with an instructor before and after the class. 

Children can wear leggings or track pants to train in.

No shorts, please.

Family

This introductory lesson is undertaken by one of our instructors whilst the main lesson is going on. 

This will take about 45 minutes for the lesson plus 15 minutes to speak with the instructor and fill in paperwork before or after the lesson. 

Please wear loose-fitting training clothes such as track pants and leggings.

Shorts are permitted.
